  • Fare Trade Policy.

Our products are sold on the basis of actual weight of the contents. We do not include the packaging weight in the final item, hence our products weigh more than the weights mentioned on our website and Packaging.

  • Product Display

While we endeavor to ensure that all products listed on our website (and Social media pages) are a close representation in reality, products and pictures listed on our website may differ slightly due to difference in packaging and lighting which may differ. We practically cannot warrant this and don’t claim to do so.

  • Shipping

We promise to ship your product no later than 3 working days. Our benchmark is 24 hours that we will strive to maintain. This means we will hand over the ordered items to our appointed courier service with 24 working hours. Work days means those work timings that do not fall under Government holidays, strikes or weather factors. We reserve the right to cancel any order. Our team will inform you.

  • Reselling

We do not authorize anyone to resell our products without any official authorization.

  • Product Supply Shortages.

We are constantly optimizing our supply chain to ensure that we do not run out of stock. However, we might encounter certain instances where we might forsee delays to fulfill your orders due to high demand. We process all orders on a First in First Out basis FIFO. Our teams will contact you if we foresee any delays in order fulfillment.

  • Pricing

We reserve the right to change our product pricing and categories without prior notice.

Returns

You have 48 hours (from the time you received your order) to inform us by emailing at Orders@nativefoodshop.com to return an item

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We take pride in ensuring that you receive the exact content weight that was ordered. So returned weight cannot be any less. We accept all returns in case of incorrect item or weight category was shipped to you.

Our signature packaging allows you to inspect the contents from the transparent window on the bag without opening the bag.

The item(s) must be in the original packaging. Our teams will process your return request after receiving the item(s) in their original packaging which have not been opened. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item when we receive it.  We reserve the right to accept or reject your request to return your purchase. The customer agrees to this policy when placing the order at our website.

The customer will have to pay one side return shipping of the item(s) back to our office or arrange to have them dropped off at our current office. Return cases will not be subject to any free delivery charges as we use a third party services for deliveries and COD.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned

item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your Bank Account/credit card (or original method of payment). Please ensure you provide us with your bank details.

The refund amount will be calculated at the time of receiving the item at its current received weight if different from the original shipped weight.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
